Good day all. With the Governor’s press conference yesterday 8/25/2020 evening, we have decided to close at noon today. So our staff can make arrangements for the storms approaching. We encourage our clients to have their insurance carriers claims # available, as most carriers claims departments are in parts of the country where the storm will not have an impact. As much as we would like and intend to assist with potential claims, we wish for our clients to have direct and quick access to file their claim. With that said, please note a claim does not have to be filed the same day as damages. Generally a policy gives 30-180 days to file a claim. Most importantly, if you experience damages occur, do your best to protect the property from further damage. Take pictures of the damages and make temporary repairs to protect property from further damage. Save your receipts. Our office plans to reopen on Friday, 8/28/2020 to be available and of assistance.
