Phil Lemoine received his BS and MA degrees from LSU-Baton Rouge in 1976 and 1978 respectively. His career spans over 45+ years holding licenses as a Certified Insurance Counselor and a Certified Insurance Risk Manager. His notable Professional Licenses encompass being a Louisiana Real Estate Appraiser, Louisiana Real Estate Broker and a Notary Public. His civic and government experience includes serving on the Evangeline Parish Police Jury for 10 years and Mayor of Ville Platte for 4 years.

Phil is an avid LSU Tiger fan and his favorite hobbies are jogging, photography, golf and spending time with with his adventurous grand kids.
